An Optical Research on the High-order Precision-degree Measurement and Inspections

Abstract
The experimental study on the relative transmission intensity-distribution of the various moire¢¥ fringes has been made by the use of the photometric instruments and the optical system-apparatus which are already designed and manufactured.
Also, these actual surveys were performed by means of a correlative measurement which depends on the following fadtor-changes under the minimum-deviation observing system.
S_C: slit-width of the beam-source (S_C_1=0.02mm, S_C_2=0.06mm, S_C_3=0.9mm)
S_T: slit-width in front of photomul-tube (S_T_1=0.0¡¿0.7mm^2, S_T_2=0.7¡¿1.0mm^2, S_T_3=1.9¡¿0.7mm^2
t??: distance of the two Leflica gratings (t????0.125mm)
Q??: inclined angle between the two gratings (Q??=0¢ª^+~3.6¢ª)
An analytical problem of the Fringe-contrast has been evaluated by the relative measurements of the contrast coefficient C_f which is given as follows:
C_f=sin¨ö¥äc_m/¨ö¥äc_m=sin(ms¥ðtcos¥á/¥ø)/ms¥ðtcos¥á/¥ø
S=S_C/f_c (f_c: focal length of collimeter lens)
w: grating constant of Leflica grating (¥ø_1=¥ø_2=¥ø=1/592mm)
t=t????0.125mm
¥á: angle of incidence ray (¥á=0 Normal direction)
m: brazed diffraction-order (m=1)
The results showed that the transmission intensity-distribution of the fringes in general depends on the S_C and Q??: i.e. the greater the S_C and Q??(=0¢ª~2.6¢ª), the greater the intensity of the fringes will result. However, if the Q?? larger than ¥è=2.6¢ª, the transmission intensity are decressing with fringe-vanish. In this case, Fringe-contrast depends on the slit-width S_C, the lower the contrast of the fringes that will result.
All these results have been confirmed by my experiments.
